ORDERS & CHECKOUT
Finality of Sale: Orders are processed immediately and cannot be modified, cancelled, or adjusted once placed. 
Your Responsibility: You must ensure all details (size, address, items, discount codes, store credit) are correct at checkout. 
No Retroactive Changes: Discounts, promo codes, vouchers, or store credit cannot be applied after purchase. 

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT
Change of Mind: No refunds for change of mind — Store Credit only. 
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are never refunded for change-of-mind returns. 
Return Window: Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. 
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. 
Return Shipping: You are responsible for all return postage costs. 
Store Credit Expiry: 
Valid for 6 months (180 days) 
Not refundable or extendable 
Faulty Items: Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are protected. Where applicable, we will repair, replace, or refund in line with legal requirements. 

⚠️ IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
Limited Drops: All “Drop” items are Final Sale (no returns or credit). 
Incorrect Orders: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 
Fault Claims: Must include photo evidence and follow our claim process. 
Abuse & Fraud: Orders may be cancelled and accounts banned for fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, threats, or harassment. 
Your data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
